Thread Safe Template Library (TSTL) is a C++ library that provides thread-safe storage data structures without global locking. It includes classes for maps based on a non-binary extensible hashing tree for very fast access, a pipe, a queue, a timercache, a limitcache, and a fast writer multiple reader guard (WMRG) without global locking (which uses the interlocked instruction set of the CPU). It's useful for writing multithreaded applications and operating system components.

Release focus: Major feature enhancements

Changes:
Porting was done for MS VC 7.0, 7.1, (.NET, 2003), and cl.exe with a major version number greater than or equal to 13.
